You’re yearning for a way to shift that “too tired to relax” feeling.
You’ve tried to look after yourself, to eat well and get enough sleep but it’s just not enough. When our systems get stuck in over-stressed mode, it takes a different kind of intervention to really shift that bone-weariness.
Thankfully, there is a way to gently encourage your body into its rest/relax/repair mode and Reiki has been shown to do just that. I’ve been practising Reiki for over twenty-six years and it’s the best way I know to reach that state of deep relaxation of mind and body.
Reiki can also provide a safe haven during challenging times or treatment for significant illness, such as cancer, helping to ease pain and bring some peace and comfort. In a Simply Reiki session I follow a basic protocol of hand placements that take around an hour, with a little time at the beginning and end to discuss or share.
